FebruaryThe deadline passed. News reached the Kindred of the return of Antonius, last seen in the 13th century and wanted for the murder of the then Toreador Clan Head, Prince Samuel. On the night of the third of February it all started. In Stoke, the Anarchs rose up against Prince Gladstone. The city was taken in a bloodless coup, and held by Malkavians lead by one called Spyder. In Nottingham, a bomb exploded killing Prince Alex. In Birmingham, Prince Michael attacked Anarchs in Coventry and Warwick. The Princes of those domains signed the Warwick Treaty. Birmingham had just become an imperial domain.A week later, more trouble was to be had in Stoke when Prince Michael claimed the domain under the terms of his Warwick Treaty. His forces clashed with those of the Anarchs and his Sheriff, the Gangrel Norton, was captured. In London, Prince Waring delcared that Mariel had been killed whilst trying to bomb his Haven. He then closed his borders to the Anarchs. Towards the middle of february, a new voice appeared on the Anarch scene, a Ventrue named Janus. Michael was quick to declare him Pariah and bloodhunted. Albion was shaken with the death of the Royal Harpy, Bunny Whittaker, slain by Antonius. Tempers continued to rise between Janus and the Council of Princes. A knightly order, the mysterious "Crimson Knights" appeared. John Gladstone seized the Praxis of Liverpool, ousting the Toreador Prince in a bloodless coup. The end of February saw another nightclub bomb - this one planted in Sheffield - and cracks began to appear in the understanding held by Raven and Alanah. |
